Terms & Shipping

Payment:
We prefer PayPal. In case you don't have PayPal, you can send cash in Euro or US$ bills in a letter at your own risk.
Payment must be received within 2 weeks. If this period has expired and we have received no payment, the items will be available at florafox.com for sale again.

Shipping:
The items are shipped usually the next working-day after payment (if we have time to go to the safe deposit box at our bank - otherwise please allow another day to pick up the item).
Shipping only as registered letter. International priority shipping from Austria is US$ 3. Registered letters from Austria are insured up to about 65 US$. Insurance as known in the US is not available. In case a letter gets lost, I can only refund up to 65 US$ after the investigation of the post-office is completed.

Return policy:
All coins and artifacts are guaranteed to be genuine, authentic and as pictured.
Items can be returned within 2 weeks for any reason if they are in the same condition as sold. You will get back your money less shipping costs.
